The refrigeration temperature of air curtain cabinets is usually set between 2 and 8 degrees. The design of the air curtain cabinet is mainly to keep the food fresh and hygienic, through the generation of wind broadcast uniform curtain air flow, effectively isolate the indoor and outdoor air convection, thus reducing the drying and deterioration of food.

In specific operation, adjusting the temperature of the air curtain cabinet needs to follow certain steps. First, one needs to understand the use of electronic thermostats, including how to set the maximum and minimum temperatures. Usually, by pressing the setup key, the display will show F01. at this time you can set the maximum temperature; press the setup key again, the display shows F02. at this time set the minimum temperature. When setting, the maximum and minimum temperatures should be separated by 4 values. For example, the maximum temperature can be set to 5 degrees and the minimum temperature to 1 degree. Such a temperature range can meet the cold storage needs of most foods.
